We are going to Disney in February. I have an 11 month old and am wondering if he will be able to go on any rides with us. Are there certain rides that he would be ok on? Would he be freaked out by Jungle cruise? Thanks in advance for your advice.

Hi, Josee!  There are lots of attractions you'll be able to experience with your baby!  Unless there is a published height restriction, you can take the baby on just about anything, but you'll have to determine how he might be on some of the attractions.

With my girls, who are Walt Disney World veterans from the time they were about four months old, I took them on everything.  I didn't worry too much about loud noises or scary sights, because at that young, they don't really have a grasp of what "scary" is yet.  I also, especially as they got older (like around a year old), whispered into their ears as we rode through an attraction to make it sound more fun.  I'd say things like, "Oh look!  Puppy!" - so even though there are some parts of things like Pirates of the Caribbean that could be frightening, I highlighted all of the things they were comfortable with.

I don't think the Jungle Cruise would be an issue with many babies.  The cruise is really just a boat ride through the Jungle, and you can point out to him all the animals you'll see on the cruise.  He won't get any of the jokes told by your Cruise captain, but then again, I know grown ups who don't get all of them!

I'd be a little cautious on things with loud noises if he's sensitive - like Pirates of the Caribbean.  It's really not scary, but I do know some children are frightened by the pirate ship battle you happen upon during the ride.

    Have a great time!
