We are going to Disney in Feb/13. What resort requires less walking PO Riverside or Coronado Springs? We are taking my 70yr old Mother and a 7yr old. Thank You.

Thanks for writing Rebecca! Love hearing from my Ontario neighbours! I know you didn't mention it, and I'm not sure if it's an option for you, but your best moderate with the least walking would be Port Orleans French Quarter. We stayed there in February and loved it! It's much smaller than the others and located right beside Port Orleans Riverside. You can also use all the facilities of Riverside as a guest of French Quarter, and vice versa.

Port Orleans Riverside has about 100 more rooms than Coronado Springs. They are both large resorts, and beautiful. In looking at maps at both resorts, and having stayed at both, I would say there is less walking at Port Orleans given the way it's laid out. In addition, you can enjoy the boat ride to Downtown Disney, an added perk.

Hope this helps Rebecca! Write back with any other questions.
