    We are going on the Disney Fantasy out of Port Canaveral in a few days and I was wondering if there is anything to do that is within walking distance of the Disney Port terminal in case we get to the boat too early?

    Ahoy Melissa!
    In just a few days you will be sailing along in the tropical waters enjoying the newest gem in the Disney fleet!  I'm sure you can't wait to leap unto a week long magical voyage and let Disney Cruise Line take care of everything! 
    I'm not sure how you are arriving at the cruise terminal, but the parking lot opens just before 11:00 so if you arrive at the terminal before 10:30 then I would stop for a quick bite to eat on the way in. Once you get there, you really won't be able to walk anywhere except the cruise terminal.  If you are arriving by Disney Cruise Line transportation or by a shuttle, you will wait on the motor coach or shuttle until the terminal opens which shouldn't be too long.  Check-in times begin at 11:00 so if you have an assigned time be sure to arrive around your scheduled thirty minute window so you don't have to wait long.  Once you have completed the process, you will wait until your boarding number (given at check-in) is called to make your way up the gangway!  While you are in the terminal, you will enjoy comfortable seating, classic Disney cartoons, exploring a model of the Disney Magic, taking a peek at the ship from the observation deck, and a visit by some of your favorite characters!  It is a beautiful, spacious area so it is easy to enjoy your last few minutes on land before the fun begins!
