Ahoy Deborah!
Can you believe you will be setting sail on the Disney Fantasy in just a few days? I know you can't wait to experience all the magic and wonder of Disney on the high seas! It is sure to be a fantabulous week filled with many special pixie dusted moments!
I'm so glad you stopped by with your question because I definitely have some ideas on how you can see Star Wars: The Force Awakens on your cruise next week. First-run movies are not shown in the stateroom, but you'll be happy to know they will be shown multiple times during the week. My son was a toddler on our very first Disney Cruise, and he loved spending time in the nursery onboard. He had not spent a lot of time away from me before we cruised, so I wasn't quite sure he was going to stay and play happily in the space without me. Boy, was I wrong! The first time he had a reservation he toddled in and never looked back. I was even able to pop in and check on him because of the very convenient two-way glass. I could see him, but he couldn't see me! If you are comfortable leaving your little one, reservations can be made onboard. Your first cruise newsletter, the Personal Navigator, will have the movie listings for the entire cruise. You and your husband can decide which show will work best and stop by
"it's a small world" nursery to tour the facility and make a reservation for your little sailor. Currently, a $9.00 per hour charge applies (pricing always subject to change) and reservations are first-come, first-served.
If you don't think the nursery will work, you and your husband can split up to see the movie since it will be shown several times during the week.
Thank you for the question, Deborah! Have a magical voyage next week!
Nancy
