Disney Fantasy Cruise August 2014 - question. I see people selling Disney Cruise lanyards, are these helpful and for what ages? I have a 12 ,14 year old and twin 5 year olds going. Additionally, do we get these on the cruise or do we purchase them?

Ahoy Heather!
Welcome back to the Moms Panel! Guests of all ages enjoy wearing the lanyards when sailing on Disney Cruise Line, and they really are great, safe storage containers for your Key to the World cards. I would show your crew a picture of the lanyards to see if this is something they would be interested in wearing. They are available for purchase on the ship at the shops onboard, and once the ship sets sail, the shops will open so you can check out the selection. Repeat cruisers or Castaway Club members do receive a free lanyard upon check-in so you will see lots of these around the ship.
