    On my Disney Experience app, it won’t let me make a reservation because it says I need to be 18 but I am 18. How do I fix this?

    Thanks for visiting planDisney! I’m sorry you’ve been having issues with your My Disney account. 

    I’m sure you’ve noticed that you cannot change your birthday under your profile in your My Disney account. You’ll need to call the number listed under “Website Support” for assistance from a Cast Member. I was told by a Cast Member that you will need to confirm your account information, so you may be asked for your address, e-mail, or phone number associated with your account.
