Whenever I’ve had issues with the
My Disney Experience App, I make sure it is updated. It usually resolves any glitches and I’m able to continue making my vacation plans soon after. Try updating your app. If that doesn’t work, you can always visit
Disney’s official theme park ticket page to make your purchase.
Once you’ve purchased your tickets, don’t forget to make your
Disney Park Pass reservations. You can easily link your theme park tickets by logging into your My Disney Experience account. Take a look at the task bar at the very top of your page to link your tickets and make your reservations. Before you know it, you will be ready to go!
