    In the My Disney Experience app under Future Plans it shows my resort reservation on the correct dates. However, it doesn't show my theme park reservations. It does show my theme park reservations on the actual website. Why doesn't it show on both?

    I'm so glad to hear that you're putting the finishing sprinkle of pixie dust on your magical vacation! The My Disney Experience app is a great resource and feels a little like holding a magic wand in your hand, unlocking everything that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer. Let's take a peek at your reservations to make sure that everything is ready to go before you arrive at The Most Magical Place on Earth!

    I know you're looking for your theme park reservations, made with the Disney Park Pass system, to show up under Future Plans in your My Disney Experience app. First, I'm so glad to hear that you're able to see these theme park reservations when looking under My Plans in your My Disney Experience account online. Emmanuel, you'll want to make sure that your name is listed (as well as the other Guests in your travel party) under each Disney Park Pass for your trip. If it is – great! We can take a look at your My Disney Experience app.

    Log into your app, tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner, and tap Future Plans. Pull down on your screen to refresh this page, then scroll down to see if you're able to see your theme park reservations for the days of your trip. Sometimes it takes some refreshing for these magical plans to populate! As Fairy Godmother says, "Even miracles take a little time."

    However, if you've followed the above steps and still aren't seeing your theme park reservations loading on this page, I have one more piece of advice for you. Emmanuel, I would recommend reaching out to one of the wonderful Cast Members to see if they can be of assistance. You're welcome to call the Website Support team or send an email. If you decide to send an email, select "My Disney Experience Online or Mobile App" as your subject line. They will be happy to take a peek at your reservations and help you with any next steps!
