I know you're looking for your theme park reservations, made with the
Disney Park Pass system, to show up under Future Plans in your My Disney Experience app. First, I'm so glad to hear that you're able to see these theme park reservations when looking under
My Plans in your
My Disney Experience account online. Emmanuel, you'll want to make sure that your name is listed (as well as the other Guests in your travel party) under each Disney Park Pass for your trip. If it is – great! We can take a look at your My Disney Experience app.
Log into your app, tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner, and tap Future Plans. Pull down on your screen to refresh this page, then scroll down to see if you're able to see your theme park reservations for the days of your trip. Sometimes it takes some refreshing for these magical plans to populate! As Fairy Godmother says, "Even miracles take a little time."
However, if you've followed the above steps and still aren't seeing your theme park reservations loading on this page, I have one more piece of advice for you. Emmanuel, I would recommend reaching out to one of the wonderful Cast Members to see if they can be of assistance. You're welcome to
