In the Disney experience app when going to add my park tickets I noticed my birthday is wrong. How can I fix this? It’s says July 15th 1955 I was born June 30th 2001

Hey there, Spencer. Welcome to planDisney! It sounds like I need to wish you a very merry unbirthday today. And guess what? It's my very merry unbirthday today, too! Yay for us!

Well, it sounds like Stitch must have gotten to your account and has caused a little chaos with your birthdate! I'm glad you found that mistake, so you'll have plenty of time to get it taken care of. While you won't be able to make the correction yourself, I recommend contacting a helpful Cast Member for assistance. I'm including a link to their contact number HERE, and I suggest contacting the My Disney Experience team for support.

Now before I let you go to contact a Cast Member, I have to make sure you know some pretty wickedly wonderful good news! I don't know if you are aware of this, but two news shows will open at Hollywood Studios the day after you arrive. This news is the best unbirthday gift ever! You will be one of the first Guests to have the opportunity to see The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure and Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After. I'm a bit jealous but mostly excited for you! Be sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for all the latest updates for these shows.

Spencer, please stop by our little Wonderland anytime.

    Enjoy the magic!
