Oh boy! You're visiting
Walt Disney World Resort in just a few days, so thanks for stopping by planDisney, Jennifer. Let's brainstorm what might be going on with your theme park tickets so you can enjoy the magic!
My best advice is to call the
Existing Tickets line before you arrive. The Cast Members can see your account and guide you on activating your admission. Please have your My Disney Experience account information and any confirmation emails you have about your ticket. I don't know how you obtained your tickets, but I have some ideas to try before you call.
First, your ticket must be linked to your
My Disney Experience account. You can check if it's connected by opening the
mobile app and tapping the "My Tickets & Passes" tile on the Welcome screen. You should see any linked tickets at the top of the next screen. If the ticket isn't there, tap the blue plus sign in the top right corner and select "Link Tickets & Passes." Choose "Type ID" at the top of the next screen to enter the ID number associated with your ticket.
It sounds like your ticket requires a
theme park reservation. Once you have a linked ticket, head back to the Welcome screen and select "Park Reservations" under the Plan My Next Visit section. Making reservations is complimentary, so you shouldn't have to make a payment at this point.
Jennifer, I want your visit to be stress-free, so please don't hesitate to call Guest Services for help. The Cast Members will be happy to help you; like Merlin, they're technical wizards! Please stop by
planDisney whenever you need tips and advice for planning your next magical vacation.
Magic awaits,
Elaine
