Is there another Disney DVD vacation planner available?  I received one from Disney VERY MUCH geared toward older children and thrill rides. I'd like something to show my 8 & 5 yr old girls that has more age appropriate attractions.

I only know of one free Disney Vacation Planning Video. I assume this is what you have. In addition to this, there are a series of "Helpful Vacation Videos" on the main WDW website. These were created as part of the Little Ones program for preschoolers, but they could be useful to anyone planning a WDW vacation for younger kids.

As an aside, I wouldn't be so sure about your 8-year-old not being ready for thrill rides. I have 8-year-old twin girls. They are average height and are now tall enough to go on just about every ride at the theme parks except the Rock n' Roller Coaster at Disney's Hollywood Studios. One of my girls is fairly shy in real life, she's timid with strangers, etc. But at Disney she is our bold and fearless daredevil! She loves the Tower of Terror and Expedition Everest and Space Mountain. My husband and I have trouble keeping up with her thrill-seeking. To see if you have mini daredevils in your family, I would start by taking both your girls on Goofy's Barnstormer in Toontown in the Magic Kingdom. (Even a petite five year-old should be tall enough for this.) If that's a hit, then you could work your way up the thrill ride chain (use the height restrictions as a guide) and you might be on the Tower of Terror before you know it.
