I've been to Disney before but never during the holidays. My family is going Dec 11-17th and I'm trying to make dining reservations and I'm so disappointed! None of our favorite restaurants such as Tony's/Royal Table, we have the deluxe plan, any ideas?

How exciting that you will be visiting Walt Disney World during the Holidays for the first time in December, Pavel!  December is my favorite time of year to visit Walt Disney World! I love admiring all of the Holiday decorations adorning the parks and resorts!  I'm so sorry that you are having a difficult time finding Advanced Dining Reservations at your favorite dining locations. Because guests can begin booking Advanced Dining Reservations 180 days in advance, you could encounter some difficulty in finding availability at the most popular table-service restaurants. The first thing I would recommend is to keep trying!  I have had success in securing an Advanced Dining Reservation after several failed attempts, especially closer to our travel date. Because many of the table-service restaurants now require a credit card to hold the reservation, I believe more guests cancel their reservations in advance to avoid paying the cancellation fee. If your dining times are flexible, you may also want to check for different times or days. I did want to recommend trying Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in the Norway Pavilion in Epcot for a Disney Princess Storybook Dining Experience. Follow the link I have provided to learn more about this popular dining location. I definitely have my favorite restaurants at Walt Disney World; however, sometimes our favorite dining experience of the trip is a restaurant that we have tried for the very first time! For an authentic Italian meal, consider trying Via Napoli or Tutto Italia in the Italy Pavilion in Epcot. I hope this information helps!  Please feel free to write me back if you would like any additional dining recommendations or if you have any other questions. Best wishes for a Magical and Merry December Trip, Pavel!
    Happy Planning,
