Disney dream vacation April 8th. Yippee! I booked an excursion through Disney for our stop in Nassau. Guest ashore time is 9:30 and the excursion leaves at 9:45. Will we make it in time?

    Welcome aboard, Gail!

Hooray for your spring adventure at sea with Captain Mickey and his crew! I am so glad to hear that you've already decided on a magical Port Adventure for your family when you are in Nassau. There are so many to choose from, the hardest part is picking just one!

Don't worry about being late. You can't possibly be. Well, unless you oversleep because the beds are so incredibly comfortable and you were up so late the night before enjoying every activity possible. Yes, then you might be late. But, truly, you won't miss your Port Adventure due to Guest Ashore Time. Why? Because most Port Adventures actually meet onboard the ship. When you first get to your stateroom on embarkation day, you'll find tickets for the adventures you've booked. They will list the meeting time and location. So, since your adventures is 9:45, that means you'll need to be at the meeting location onboard by that time to check in with Cast Members and get ready to head off the ship together as a group. If it's a water adventure, towels are also provided at check in.

Now, all aboard time is a different situation. Since your adventure will end well before all aboard time, you do want to make sure you know the very latest time guests must be back onboard. That way, after your adventure ends, you can still spend a bit of time exploring the shopping areas or straw market just a few blocks from the docks in Nassau before you head back on. Or, if you're done exploring for the day, board the ship early and take advantage of the shorter than normal lines for the AquaDuck watercoaster!

You're in for a great adventure and amazing cruise, Gail! Have such fun!
