Welcome aboard, Rebecca! This November is a great time to set sail on the Disney Dream. Not only will you delight in all of the magic that Disney Cruise Line always offers, but your family will enjoy all of the Christmas-themed fun on the
Very Merrytime Cruise! My family and I have sailed on a few Very Merrytime sailings and discovered more holiday fun each time!
You will still have the popular
Pirate Night on your cruise, yes! If you have pirate costumes or accessories at home, be sure to pack them, as many guests go all out in their scallywag best that night! All guests will receive a Mickey's Pirates IN the Caribbean bandana to wear that night too. The pirate fun starts in the afternoon and continues through a pirate-themed dinner, pirate games on deck and in the clubs, the Mickey's Pirates IN the Caribbean Deck Party, Buccaneer Blast fireworks at sea, a late night pirate buffet, plus the late night Club Pirate dance party on deck. Whew! That's a lot of swashbuckling fun!
On top of that deck party, you'll have two more! The
Sail Away Celebration is the deck party on your first afternoon, and it takes place as the Dream pulls away from Port Canaveral. Disney characters will be out to sing and dance and celebrate the start to your magical voyage! Another deck party that you'll enjoy is the Deck the Deck Tropical Holiday party! My kids thought it was so much fun to be able to join in on the show, as the Cast Members pulled some kids up on stage to help with the candy cane limbo! Songs, dancing and more holiday fun are part of this party.
You won't want to miss any of these fun deck parties, Rebecca! Have fun planning!
