We are going on the Disney Dream in March. I have a three yr old, we are staying in a family stateroom. She sleeps in her crib with an open side and a small bed rail. Should I bring her toddler inflatable mattress to put on the floor?

    Ahoy Karen!
March will be here before you know it, and you will be casting off for your family's magical Bahamian voyage real soon!
When Disney Cruise Line designed their staterooms, they wanted them to be spacious and accommodating to families of all ages and sizes!  For your particular situation, I think your princess will be comfortable and safe in the twin-size convertible sofa. There are bed rails available onboard so just let your stateroom host/hostess know on the first afternoon of your cruise, and he/she will be happy to set one up each evening during your turn-down service. This should work out well for your daughter since the sofa bed is only 72" long and not too far off the ground like her convertible crib at home.  Each morning her bed will be turned back into a sofa so it can be used for seating throughout the day.
I hope my suggestion will work, Karen!  Thanks so much for visiting the Moms Panel with your question, and please let me know if I can assist you further with your plans!
    Have a magical day!
