Going on the Disney Dream on Feb 17, any suggestions on what to pack as far as the weather that time of year...

    Welcome aboard, Brittany!

February is a great time to get away from the cold weather up north and head to the Bahamas on a Disney ship! You're really going to enjoy the Dream, especially this time of year.

Nassau and Castaway Cay tend to see their coolest temperatures of the year in February. That being said, however, the lows are mid 60's and highs are high 70's, nearing 80. So, for my family, from chilly Ohio, that sounds downright hot!

A swimsuit is a must, of course! You'll be comfortable in shorts and t-shirts during the day, nice cruise casual long pants for the men in the evening, a nice spring/summer type dress for you, and I'd throw in a sweater or light jacket as well. It can get windy on the ship when you're at sea, and I get a bit chilly in the evenings as well, especially out on deck. But, leave the winter coats at home! You're on a Disney cruise vacation! Check the weather online the week before you sail for a more accurate forecast, and you'll be all set.

    Enjoy your trip, Brittany!
