At this time we are not aware when
Disney Dining Plans will be coming back. I always recommend keeping an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog and on
Disney's official social media accounts for announcements and updates about the parks and resorts, including the return of dining plans. You can also review the
Dining: Know Before You Go page on disneyworld.com for important updates to dining experiences at Walt Disney World Resort.
Although dining plans are not available at this time, all Guests are able to
make dining reservations online up to 60 days in advance. I make advanced dining reservations whenever my family visits Walt Disney World, whether it's for breakfast at our Disney Resorts Collection hotel or for dinner in one of the theme parks. Having a dining reservation gives me peace of mind and allows my family of six to have a limited wait when we're ready to eat after a busy day of fun in the parks.
I also recommend using the
My Disney Experience app for mobile food orders during your visit to Walt Disney World. The ability to order ahead and customize some menu items is very convenient. After selecting a participating restaurant, you can select your arrival time and make your food selections. You can pay for your
mobile food and beverage orders using a credit card, debit card, Disney Gift Card, Disney Rewards Redemption Card, or Apple Pay.
