¡Ole! Toledo-Tapas, Steak, & Seafood is on my list of restaurants to try at Walt Disney World Resort. This Spanish restaurant features traditional tapas, such as Pan con Tomate, and delicious entrees like Parrillada de Cerdo Mixta. After "digging a little deeper" and talking to Cast Member Sadie Beth, the best thing to do when you arrive at your dining reservation is to check what is allowed on the dining plan. Certain select menu items require payment of an additional amount in addition to redeeming your dining plan credits.

While visiting Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, check out the Enchanting Extras found here! If you love wine, attend Sangria University, where you learn all about making sangria, sample in-resort sangrias, and even get a chance to create your own. If you love art, check out Colors of Coronado Painting Experience, where you will get to paint with all the "colors of the wind!". Finally, if pottery is up your alley, check out Spanish Mosaic Art, where you will create a piece of mosaic art to take home.
