    Can I get the disney dining plan if i am not staying in a disney hotel?

    Unfortunately not. The Disney Dining Plan is only available to guests purchasing a Magic Your Way plan from Disney that includes a hotel room at a WDW resort, park tickets, and the Dining Plan.  Regardless of where you're staying, you are still welcome to make reservations for and dine at any restaurant at WDW. You'll just need to pay with cash (or credit card, etc.) rather than with Dining Plan credits.
