We have the Disney Dining plan for 5 adults and 4 children under 8. We have made some reservations at buffets. Must children eat off the kids' buffet or can they try some of the healthier options on the adult buffets?

Hi Phyllis! Although the buffets at Walt Disney World all have sections of kid-friendly foods, children are welcome to eat any items they desire from the entire buffet. Likewise, adults may eat the chicken nuggets, macaroni & cheese, and other kiddie foods from the buffets, something my finicky husband often does!

Hope you have a magical vacation!
