How much does the Disney dining cost and how does it work?

    Hi John!

The Disney Dining Plan is a great way to make your vacation even more convenient, and may even save you money. The Disney Dining Plan must be purchased as part of a vacation package that includes a Walt Disney World Resort hotel room and theme park tickets. Disney Vacation Club Members who are staying on property using their Vacation Points, however do not have to purchase theme park tickets.

Dining Plan credits are based on the number of nights of your stay. They begin when you check-in to your resort and expire at midnight on the day you check out,  can be used in any order. If you decide to eat three snacks on your first day, and none on your last day, that is just fine!

    • The Quick-Service Dining Plan offers you two quick-service meals and one snack per each night of your stay. It also includes a Rapid-fill mug that can be used for unlimited soft drink, coffee and tea refills at your resort hotel.
    • The Disney Dining Plan offers you one quick-service meal, one table service meal and one snack per night of your stay plus the Rapid-fill mug.
    • The Disney Deluxe Dining Plan provides three meals, either quick-service or table service, and two snacks per night of your stay plus the Rapid-fill mug.

Pricing can change frequently. I find the website Allears.net to be very good at keeping updated prices available on it’s website. You can also price out a vacation package on the Walt Disney World Website for your specific dates and party size. If you have additional questions about the Disney Dining Plan, please let me know. It is a big topic and I would love to help you as you plan out your magical vacation!

    Have a Disney Day!
