Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. While I may not be
rotten to the core, I'm still eagerly awaiting the latest installment of Descendants cause I just can't get the songs out of my head!
A few days prior to the
Descendants 2 premiere in 2017, the Villain Kids were
Grand Marshals for Mickey's Soundsational Parade at Disneyland Park. While we've seen a recent teaser trailer, we don't know exactly when the movie will premiere or if the Villian Kids will return to wreak more havoc on Disneyland Resort! We do know it will be sometime this summer, so I would recommend continuing to check back on the
Disney Parks Blog to see if any more information is released. In 2017, this overlapped with the D23 Expo, where the Villian Kids also made an appearance, but with the
D23 Expo being later this from August 23rd to 25th, I can't say for certain that it will align with the premiere. Wishing you the best of luck in
