Going to disney dec 7-14 2013 so excited. I heard there is a better way to get to magic kingdom than parking there. Is going to another park and entering that way better with stroller and 14 mth and 5year old and 9year old. Don't like the hustle

    Hi, Lynn!

As Goofy would say, "Gawrsh!," your trip is almost here! Just one more day and your family will be in the middle of all the magic at Walt Disney World Resort! Considering your children's ages, I bet you'll be spending a lot of time at Magic Kingdom park!

I understand the challenges of juggling a stroller, baby gear and supplies when traveling - I've been there! If you'll have a car, the best way to get to Magic Kingdom is by parking at the Ticket and Transportation Center and then taking either Disney's monorail or ferryboat transportation over to the park entrance. One of the greatest things about using the monorail and ferry service is that you won't have to fold your stroller! Both modes of transport are easy and convenient, particularly for families with little ones in tow. If you were to take a bus from another park or a resort hotel, you would be required to fold your stroller and carry it on board with you (obviously, a much less convenient scenario).

My family loves the experience of riding the monorail and we do it as many times as possible during our visits. We are such big Disney geeks that we even enjoy listening to the audio commentary. My daughter can actually recite the safety warnings in perfect Spanish (yes, she's heard them that many times!). We also like taking the ferry -- it's very relaxing and the views across the Seven Seas Lagoon are postcard worthy.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
