    We are going to Disney in Dec 2009. I booked the hotel, The Swan, using AMEX points. Is there a way to add the dining plan and buy tickets even though this is technically not an official resort hotel.

    Unfortunately the dining plan is not available for guests staying at the Swan and Dolphin hotels. While the Swan and Dolphin are lovely hotels located on Disney property, they are not actually owned by Disney. They often use different pricing and promotion deals than the Disney-owned hotels. The dining plan is not something that the Swan and Dolphin participate in.
