We are going to be in Disney for 5 days. I was thinking of buying the park hopper plus tickets for 4 days. On the 5th day can we use the water park tickets or do they have to be used on a day we visit the parks?

    Hi Julie,

I'm excited to hear you're planning another magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation! In my opinion, there's no better way to soak up the magic and fun all around the Resort than with the Park Hopper Plus option tickets, so I just know you're going to have an incredible time!

When you purchase a Park Hopper Plus option ticket, you'll essentially have two different kinds of experiences to look forward to. First, you'll select the number of days you want to visit the four theme parks (Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park). You'll choose one theme park to start each day and make Disney Park Pass reservations there, but you'll be able to hop around between the four parks however you'd like beginning at 2 PM each day, as long as there are no capacity limitations in place. With the Park Hopper Plus option ticket, you'll also receive the same number of visits to some additional fun experiences as number of theme park days you've purchased. Those are counted by the number of visits, though, not days, and they don't need to happen on the same days that you visit the theme parks. You'll just want to make sure you're aware of your ticket usage period. If you purchase 4-day Park Hopper Option tickets, you'll have eight days to enjoy all of your experiences. So, yes, if you want to visit the theme parks the first four days of your trip and Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park on your fifth day, you'll be able to do that! Don't forget that you will still have three additional visits if you'd like to experience Disney's Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course (prior to 4 PM), Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course, or head back to Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park again sometime. I know it can be hard to decide just what magical experiences you want to enjoy in a limited amount of time, so I'm sending pixie dust that your itinerary comes together perfectly!

Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney again, Julie, and please feel free to come back any time you have a Disney-planning question or want some advice about some aspect of your trip. I hope you and your family have a truly magical vacation later this year!
