Ahoy, Chris!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! As a New Jersey resident, I'm sure you are intrigued by the convenience of a Disney Cruise vacation from the Port of Manhattan. And there's definitely something extra special about sailing under the Verrazano's Bridge and waving bon voyage to Lady Liberty as you cruise by. My family experienced a New York City sail away a few years ago, and it was a highlight of an amazing week with Disney Cruise Line!
Captain Mickey will cruise into the Big Apple at the end of September until the end of November in 2017 and will return in October and November of 2018 as well. There are some fabulous options to consider including many sailings that offer holiday experiences (
Halloween on the High Seas sailings and
Very Merrytime Cruises) and a
Marvel Day at Sea. Itineraries range from Bahamian adventures (including a day at Disney's private island, Castaway Cay and a stop at the Walt Disney World Resort-tickets included), to Canada (Saint John) and New England and two inaugural stops on sailings to Bermuda and Quebec City (2018 only). Cruises range from four to eight nights so there are lots of magical voyages to consider for your crew!
Chris, if you are interested in booking one of these fall sailings for 2017 and/or 2018, I suggest giving a Disney Cruise Line reservation agent a call at (800) 951-3532 or browse the
New York departure options on the Disney Cruise Line website.
Good luck with your plans and don't hesitate to reach back out with further questions.
