    I did a Disney cruise about 30 years ago, woul I get a free lanyard on this cruise

    Welcome to planDisney! We are so happy to see you here as you return to the most magical voyage at sea with Disney Cruise Line! Your cruise 30 years ago may have been aboard The Big Red Boat, a partnership between Disney Parks and Premier Cruise Line. Or maybe you sailed on Disney Cruise Line's inaugural ship, Disney Magic, in 1998? Either way, I'm glad you are setting sail again!

    Recently, Disney Cruise Line updated the Castaway Club terms for membership. One of the updates requires Guests to book or sail on at least one cruise within five years of their last Disney voyage. I'm not great at math, Drema, but unfortunately, I think this means that you will begin your Castaway Club membership once your upcoming cruise is complete. On your next cruise, a lanyard should be waiting for you in your stateroom!

    Since your last cruise, there have been so many magical changes for you to experience the Disney difference on your upcoming voyage! One change is the addition of DisneyBand+, which is much more exciting than a lanyard and is available for cruises aboard Disney Wish, Disney Fantasy, Disney Magic and Disney Dream.  These waterproof wristbands provide hands-free convenience around the ship, much like the Key to the World card. Plus, a DisneyBand+ offers fun surprises during special moments onboard! You can order a band starting 45 days before and at least 11 days before your cruise date by logging into your Disney Cruise Line account at the Already Booked tab and then selecting My Reservations. Also, a limited number of DisneyBand+ are available for purchase once on board. You can also use a MagicBand+ from a previous Walt Disney World Resort or Disneyland Resort vacation.
