Ahoy, Celina! Thanks so much for sailing by planDisney with your question. It sounds like you may be dreaming of a
Very Merrytime Bahamian Cruise. How exciting!
Yes, Disney Cruise Line does offer
ground transportation between the airport and the port. If you’re sailing from Port Canaveral, transfers are available to and from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and are currently $45 per guest (ages 3 and up) each way, though prices are subject to change. For cruises out of Fort Lauderdale’s Port Everglades, transfers are currently $29 per guest each way (and again, prices are subject to change).
If you booked directly with Disney Cruise Line, you can add transfers right in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. If you booked through a travel agent, they’ll be able to take care of it for you. Transfers can be added up to three days before you sail, and if your plans change, you can cancel them for a refund up to eight days before your cruise.
One of the best parts about booking Disney transfers is that Disney takes care of all the details. You won’t have to worry about directions, traffic, or finding your way around the port. In fact, guests using Disney transportation usually don’t need to choose a port arrival time. You’ll typically be able to head straight to the terminal and board once you arrive, which makes the whole process a lot smoother.
My personal tip: if possible, try to fly in the day before your cruise. With so many delays and cancellations these days, having that extra buffer helps you start your vacation stress-free.
Wishing you smooth travels and a holiday sailing full of pixie dust, Celina!
