Hi Katherine!
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a great way to kick off your land and sea adventure! The Halloween party at Magic Kingdom is one of my favorite Walt Disney World events. I just love to see the Mickey jack-o-lanterns, the characters in costume, and the Boo-To-You parade. The grave diggers are the highlight for me!
Dates for the 2020 Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party are not yet officially released. Dates and tickets are usually announced in late Spring, around the first week of April. Last year, the announcement as a bit earlier, so it's a good idea to keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog. Often, they'll be the first to announce party dates, ticket sales and party details.
While you wait, I can share with you the
2019 party dates and details. I do see that Thursday nights were included last year, so maybe you'll have some great scheduling luck! The parties closest to Halloween often do sell out, so if you're thinking you'd like to include this in your trip, I'd be sure to purchase tickets in advance. Once the tickets are on sale, you can purchase them online at
DisneyParks.com or by calling (407) 939-5277.
And, one last thought: To really kick off your vacation in a magical way, you can surprise your family with a special viewing of the party's fireworks. Disney’s Not So Spooky Spectacular Dessert Party with Plaza Garden Viewing or Disney’s Not So Spooky Spectacular Dessert Party at Tomorrowland Terrace are great ways to enjoy the fireworks over Cinderella's Castle and some sweet desserts and beverages at the same time. Just be sure to reserve the dessert party in advance. These will sell out!
Good luck with the party dates! I hope the schedule works in your favor.
