Welcome aboard, Shari! My family and I have sailed in November for the past few years with
Disney Cruise Line, and have really enjoyed leaving the chilly weather back home to head south for the warm waters of the Caribbean. I see you'll be traveling from Pennsylvania, so I bet you're looking forward to a week of warmth and relaxation during that time of year too!
Your online check-in will begin at 75 days prior to sailing if you're a first time cruiser with Disney. If you have your passport at that time, go ahead and enter all of that information in online and you'll be all set. If your passport hasn't arrived by then, you can still book any of the fun extras like
Port Adventures and certain specialty
Character Greetings. But, you will need to finish entering all of your
travel document information before you complete online check-in. Just enter that as soon as you're able, and don't forget to print your confirmation information after you're done and you'll be all set to head to the port. You're welcome to do a bit of it on different days, as it doesn't all have to be completed online at once. Since you have plenty of time before you sail, I do suggest that you apply for a new or renewal of your passport soon so that you don't have to worry about rushing to have it ready in time. Do it this month and you'll feel at ease that it's taken care of and then you can just relax and concentrate on the excitement of planning your sailing!
Have fun as you get ready for this autumn adventure at sea, Shari! Please stop back with any other questions as you continue to plan for this exciting trip! We're happy to help!
