Ahoy, and welcome to planDisney, Heather! Thank you for swimming over and asking this question. With your cruise so close, I bet you are flipping with excitement!
I checked with Disney Cruise Line and learned they are not offering the Dolphin Encounter Experience as a
Port Adventure on your cruise. They shared you should have received an e-mail in the past few days. With your cruise so close, I know you may want to look for other excursions. If you are still seeking a chance to meet a Dolphin Cinderella and her glass flipper, Disney does have dolphin encounters through Atlantis. You can check availability for these on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App.
For additional options, my family enjoyed all the fish we saw on the Seaworld Explorer Semi-Submarine. It's not the same as being in the water, but my youngest was quite happy to have glass separating him from the wildlife. A friend went on Blackbeard's Revenge Pirate Ship Adventure with his family and thought it was more fun for their early-elementary-age child than their older one, but said it was a bit of campy fun. I've also enjoyed staying on the ship. It feels like there is always more
fun on board than days on the ship. Port days are phenomenal for shorter lines for the
AquaMouse and an even more relaxing time at
Senses Spa & Salon.
I hope you find a way to make your day a splashing success with all the magical "fin"-ishes!
SEA ya real soon!
