Ahoy there, Samantha! Thanks for sailing by planDisney.
I am a former Bostonian, and when we lived up North, I loved that Disney sailed out of a port close enough to us that didn't require a plane ride. Unfortunately, Captain Mickey has decided that for 2025 and 2026 (so far!), none of his ships will sail from New York or Baltimore. The cruise line usually announces itineraries 13-18 months in advance, so watch
Disney Parks Blog, the website, or the cruise line's Instagram to see if anything changes for 2026 or 2027.
The itineraries out of New York usually sailed to Bermuda or the East Coast of Canada, so if you are looking for a Caribbean cruise, look no further than the cruises departing from
Fort Lauderdale. There are plenty of options from the length of the cruise to whether you prefer the Bahamas, Eastern, or Western Caribbean as destinations.
If you'd like more of a cold-weather option, consider the
Alaskan cruise out of Vancouver, or
Adventures by Disney's Eastern Canadian adventure. The ABD itinerary includes maple tapping and visiting my absolute favorite literary location -
Green Gables!
Samantha, I wish I had better news for you, but if you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to sail back to us. Fingers crossed (with a bit of pixie dust!) that an East Coast itinerary is on the horizon soon.
