I am going on a Disney Cruise for the FIRST time ever - we are very excited. We recently received a booklet in the mail with our cruise contract to sign, but I have not received an tickets for our cruise. When and where do we get/print our tickets?

Welcome aboard, Ronald! I bet you are really getting excited for your very magical cruise with Disney!

That cruise information packet you received has some forms to fill out that you will bring with you to the port, but that is all you will need. In fact, that packet is mostly just for informational purposes, and you can fill out those same forms at the port if necessary. But since you have them, you'll make your check-in much faster at the port since you will have the forms completed by then.

You will not need a ticket. Your reservation is in Disney Cruise Line's system. When you get to the port, simply check in at one of the desks where they will pull up your reservation with your name and photo ID. They will take a photo of each person in your party that will then be connected with the Key to the World card that you will each be issued. This Key to the World card serves as your stateroom key, charging card for any extras onboard or at Castaway Cay, as well as your "admission" of sorts to let you back onto the ship when you are in various ports of call.

Other than that, you don't need any other sort of ticket! Just show up at the port and step onboard for the most magical week you can imagine! I hope you enjoy your very first Disney cruise, Ronald! Please let me know if I can help you with anything else before you set sail!
