Where do I see Disney cruise credits

Hi there, Jared! Thanks so much for cruising by with your question. We’re so glad you reached out!

Onboard credit is a great perk that can be used during your Disney Cruise to cover just about anything that gets charged to your stateroom account, such as Port Adventures, spa treatments, specialty dining, beverages, souvenirs, and more. Any purchases you make with your Key to the World Card or DisneyBand+ will automatically apply your onboard credit before being added to your final folio.

If someone has gifted you onboard credit, you’ll find a card in your stateroom with the sender’s name, your name, and a message. To find out if you currently have onboard credit attached to your reservation, your best bet is to contact a Guest Services agent at Disney Cruise Line directly. They’ll be happy to look into your account and share any details. Once you’re onboard, you can also stop by the Guest Services Desk at any time.

During your sailing, you’ll be able to track your onboard spending right in the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. It’s such a helpful tool. Not only can you keep tabs on your folio, but you can also check daily activities, dining menus, and even message your travel crew. I definitely recommend downloading it before your cruise so you’re all set to dive in as soon as you set sail!

I recently added some onboard credit for my own upcoming cruise and I’m already dreaming about using it for a lovely dinner at Palo. I hope you have something just as special planned, Jared!

    Wishing you a magical voyage,
    Eean
