We have a Disney cruise bookended with stays on-site at WDW. Can I make my Magic Bands function for both short stays, or do I have to order (and then manage) 2 sets of Magic Bands?

    Hi Molly!

A land and sea adventure at Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line sounds like a practically perfect getaway.  Can I tag along?  A land and sea vacation is still on my Disney bucket list, but I hope to fulfill that soon.   I hope you have the best vacation ever!

The great thing about MagicBands is that they are valid for more than one use if you have them linked in your My Disney Experience account.   Since you are visiting Walt Disney World both before and after your cruise you could simply order one set of MagicBands and use them again for your second stay.    Or you could order both sets and interchange them as you would like each day.   I have many colors and special designs linked in my account and will swap my MagicBands depending on what I am wearing that day.   The choice is totally up to you.   If you would rather keep up with one set, just order one.   If you would like more options you can order both sets.

I hope this has helped answer your inquiry.  Please sail in again anytime you have another question.  It's always fun to help out a fellow Guest.
