I would like to use my Disney credit card points to plan a trip to Orlando. What number do I call to talk with an agent?

Hello, fellow Disney Visa cardholder! The Disney Visa card by Chase has saved my family so much money! We’ve used our Disney Reward dollars for park tickets, special event tickets, and resort stays!

The first thing that you need to do is call the number on the back of your Disney Visa credit card. You will need to request that your Disney Reward dollars be transferred to a redemption card. The transfer occurs rather quickly. Once the transfer occurs, you will be able to use your redemption card to make purchases using your Disney Reward dollars! Yes! It’s just that easy!

While visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, keep in mind that Disney Visa cardholders have the perk of exclusive character photo opportunities. Bring your Disney Visa Photo Spot in EPCOT where you’ll get to meet some favorite characters for your photo opportunity! Over at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you will have the chance to take photos with virtual characters at the Disney Visa Cardmember Star Wars Photo Opportunity!

You will receive downloads of your character experiences from both EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios! These make for great souvenirs! And, it's all because you're a Disney Visa cardholder!

    Happy Planning!
