A couple of years ago, I needed to mail an item home, so I stopped by the Ricoh Business Center located in the Convention Center at Disney's Yacht Club Resort. The staff there were so friendly and helpful! They pulled out their magic wands, gave my package a "bibbidi bobbidi boo," and had me back to the magic of our day quick as a wink.
The Ricoh Business Centers at Walt Disney World Resort use contract companies, such as FedEx and UPS, for guests' shipping needs. It is my understanding that the standard postage rate charged by those companies are the same prices charged at the Business Centers. However, you will also be charged a Parcel Handling Fee. Ricoh Business Center page to see current Parcel Handling Fee rates. FedEx and UPS have handy calculators on their respective websites to help you determine what the standard postage charge on your package should be.
If you are planning to ship a purchase that you will be making while at Walt Disney World Resort, most
merchandise locations can ship the item for you, which will save you a trip to the Ricoh Business Center. As you complete your purchase, just inform the Cast Member that you would like this to be shipped. They will collect the necessary information from you and will also apply the shipping cost to your total bill.
