    Can you use you Disney Chase Rewards redemption card at character warehouse?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Matthew! Thanks so much for bringing us your question!

    Disney’s Character Warehouse is a great place to visit for souvenirs at a great price. This store carries merchandise that was once sold at many Walt Disney World Resort stores and sometimes you will see merchandise from Disney parks overseas. Did you know that there are four of these stores in the state of Florida? I'm a Floridian, so I frequent the store near me. It’s great for stocking stuffers during the Holidays!

    You can absolutely use your Disney Chase Rewards Redemption card toward purchases at this very magical close-out store. There are just a few things to remember, first, since the prices for the Walt Disney World Resort merchandise are already discounted, you will not be able to apply any additional discounts to your purchases. Such as the extra 10% off that you would get when shopping at The Disney Store. Another thing you should do, is transfer the available reward dollars you would like to use to the card before your purchase. That’s it!

    Matthew, during your visit, make sure to take advantage of your Disney Visa Card perks at Walt Disney World Resort parks. You can enjoy discounts on merchandise, restaurants and take part in exclusive card member experiences at Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
