When will the Disney 100 celebration end?

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Kayela! Thank you for visiting us at planDisney! I am always happy to see a fellow Texan here. You've got a friend in me!

Aw, phooey! The Disney 100 Celebrations concluded at Walt Disney World Resort on December 31, 2023. This year-long celebration commemorated the legacy of the Walt Disney Company and could be seen throughout all of the Disney Parks. Walt Disney once said, "First, think. Second, believe. Third, dream. And finally, dare." Walt Disney World Resort is the beacon of dreams, hope, and inspiration to so many! While the celebrations may have concluded, you can still find Disney100 merchandise on the Disney Store website. At Walt Disney World Resort, you can say hi to Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse dressed in their Disney100 best at Disney and Pixar Short Film Festivals at Disney's Hollywood Studios!

Your visit occurs during the merriest time of the year, so let's talk about all the seasonal magic Walt Disney World offers! EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays returns around this time, which celebrates holidays around the world. At Disney's Magic Kingdom Park, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party will also be available on select nights! News of these magical events and their return typically occur during late summer and early fall. Check back on the Disney Parks Blog for all the merry updates!

Kayela, thank you again for visiting planDisney. Send me questions at any time during your planning journey. I am always happy to help!

    Magic Awaits!
