    Is Disney Car Care still operating? I am trying to return a car there and it is not an option on the Enterprise website!

    Having a rental car during your stay at Walt Disney World Resort is convenient for many Guests. Enterprise is one of the preferred car rental partners of Walt Disney World. The Car Care Center - Car Rental Facility is open 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM every day. As you may be aware, the Car Rental Facility offers door-to-door service via a complimentary shuttle from your Disney Resorts Collection hotel to the facility.

    If you booked your rental car online, you can visit the Car Rentals page on disneyworld.com for more information. You can book your car rental online through Disney's preferred car rental partners: Enterprise, Alamo, or National. You can also call (407) 824-3470 to speak with someone about returning your car rental.

    Before your visit in December, be sure to check for updates about Resort services, amenities, dining, transportation, check-in, and more. Please let us know if we can help you with any other questions before your visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth.
