Do the Disney buses stop at Pleasure Is. and West Side or do they only stop at Downtown Disney? Want to make dining reser. at Bongos & Paradisio 37 in Oct., not sure how to get there from our hotel. Thanks for your help--you guys are great!!!

    Hi Sandra,

Have to admit, I'm slightly jealous. I have not had the chance to dine at either location yet but I hear fantastic things about both. No worries, you will find it very easy to get from your Disney resort to the Downtown Disney area. Downtown Disney is actually comprised of three sections, the Marketplace, Pleasure Island and Westside. All three areas are within a long stretch of blocks strung together by a giant parking lot and walkway.

Earlier in the morning, the Disney buses typically stop at the Marketplace bus stop only, which is located at the far end of the shopping strip. By early afternoon, and then all evening, the Disney buses stops at the Marketplace first and then on to the Pleasure Island stop. If you are headed over for an early lunch, and the bus is only stopping at Marketplace, that is not a problem though. There is a walkway that runs along the shops and waterfront towards Pleasure Island and Westside. We actually enjoy walking this stretch as there are a number of shops and sights to enjoy along the way.

When boarding your bus, just ask your driver if he will be making both stops at that time. Enjoy!
