Disney bound in 38 days! I'm in a walking boot due to an ankle injury. I requested to be placed close to the bus stop at our resort, but my guidebook states that you should call directly to the resort to make sure it is noted. Should I do this and when?

    Hi Kristin,

Your guide book is giving you some great advice. For any specific room request, we recommend that you call your resort directly and ask for the "back office" or "room assignments." You should do this between three and seven days prior to your arrival date. That's the window when actual room assignments are being made. You can confirm exactly what type of room you want during the room assignment process.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
