Does Disney still do birthday package? Like going to one of the park and receive the free ticket and etc? We're planning going to Orlando on first week of May for my son's birthday. If they still do then how can I find the information and more. Thank you.

    Hi Melissa,

Happy early birthday to your son. I personally think there is no better place to celebrate a birthday than Walt Disney World.

I believe the package you may be asking about was the What Will You Celebrate promotion that Disney ran in 2009. As part of this "package" or promotion, guests ages 3 and up could receive free admission to one Disney park on his/her birthday. For those guests who already had a valid park pass, there were other options available to help celebrate the big day.

Our family loved this promotion and was able to work in a few birthday trips to take advantage of it. Unfortunately the promotion did end on December 31, 2009 and is not available for your son's upcoming birthday trip. Disney is still a great place for him to celebrate though. Be sure to ask for his birthday button to let everyone know about his special day.

    Wishing you a magical time!
