Hi Jacquelyn,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and welcome back from Walt Disney World! I'm a huge fan of
Memory Maker, so I'm happy to hear you took advantage of it during your vacation.
Memory Maker is service that gives you access all the digital photos captured by
Disney PhotoPass photographers in the parks, at dining locations and on attractions during your vacation, but just keep in mind that it is not a digital storage service. Photos are available on your account for 45 days from the date they were taken, so that's the window you have to share, edit and download those pictures before they expire and are deleted permanently. If you are interested in purchasing
Disney PhotoPass products (like magnets, calendars, mugs or phone cases) with one of your personal photos, that is something that can be done (but just for products and not for actual photo prints).
The way to upload those personal photos is to go to the
Disney PhotoPass page, choose Products, and then select one of the items under "Photo Gift Products and Prints." The next page will give you the option to upload your own JPEG photo files. Once you upload those for one product, the same photos will then be available for all other products. You can find more helpful information on uploading photos, supported image file types and image upload requirements on the
Uploading Your Own Photos page of the Disney PhotoPass website.
I hope that helps, but please stop by again if we can answer any other questions.
Have a magical day!
Beth
