Going to Disney in August for son's first birthday and need a list of MUST TRY snacks at all 4 parks? want the experience to be awesome for son & husband's first time in disney

Hi, Maria!  I am answering this question in a car with my family, and I read it out loud.  I have to tell you, they are screaming answers at me from left and right, and they are all different!

At the Magic Kingdom, the must do snack for us is a DoleWhip.  You can find them at the Aloha Isle Snacks in Adventureland.  Disney Mom Margaret would eat nothing but DoleWhips if her family allowed her to when she visits, and I think my kids would be the same!

Our favorite snack at Animal Kingdom can be found at the ice cream carts.  We love the frozen chocolate covered bananas - and I feel like I'm giving the kids something somewhat healthy, while they feel like they are getting a real treat!

When we go to Disney's Hollywood Studios, we might grab a turkey leg at Toluca Legs Turkey Company.  You will find these massive turkey legs in each theme park, but this is as good a place as any to try them.  It will leave you wondering how big the OTHER parts of the turkey were!

EPCOT is where you'll have the most trouble finding a snack.  Hands down, every trip, without fail, my family indulges in the Japanese shaved ice treat called Kaki Gori.  We like the rainbow flavor, which combines all three of their flavors - honeydew melon, strawberry, and tangerine.  But, as we walk around the World Showcase, we might stop for a trifle or chocolate crepes - or even a funnel cake.

Pretty much everyone I know has had to have at least one Mickey ice cream bar (vanilla ice cream shaped like Mickey, covered in chocolate), and I know Disney Moms Kay and Joanne can go through a tub of popcorn pretty quickly!

    Bon appetit!
