    Hello, We will come to Disney in August with a Dining plan. I just tried to make a reservation at the Castle, but I had to give my credit card So they can charge me. There was no oppt. to give in that we want to use our Dining point?? What did I wrong

    Hi, Nicole!  They do require a credit card deposit to make a reservation at Cinderella's Castle.  Even if you have booked the Disney Dining Plan, your card will be charged to guarantee your reservation.

    When you go to your reservation, you will give them your Key to the World card, and the dining plan credits will be deducted from your dining plan, and your credit card will be refunded.  If for some reason you can't make the reservation, you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance, or the charge on your card cannot be refunded.
