    When is the Disney Art of animation opening? and do they have a free dining plan going on? I thought I saw something about that.

    Hi Elizabeth,

    The first section of the new Art of Animation resort opens on May 31, 2012. I have reservations for opening day. I am SO EXCITED!

    Additional parts of the resort are opening in stages throughout the summer and early fall of 2012.

    There is a current free dining offer available for select travel dates and resorts, including the Art of Animation resort. You can find out all details on Disney's special offer page on their website.
