Going to Disney in April with two teen girls, ages 13 & 17. They have been many times but not in years. What are some of the must see and do things for teen girls? Also need gluten free restaurants recommendations.

    Hi Pamela!

I'm sure that you will want to see all of the classic attractions, but since the Walt Disney World Resort is always changing, there are some new things you may want to check out that I think would be great for the girls!

Make sure to visit Pandora - The World of Avatar at Disney's Animal Kingdom.  Not only is the Valley of Mo'ara gorgeous, but Avatar Flight of Passage is a thrill unlike any other...and my new favorite ride!  You can also take a more tame journey into a bioluminescent rainforest on Na'vi River Journey or grab a snack at Satu'li Canteen!  If you are going to Magic Kingdom Park, I also highly recommend eating at Be Our Guest Restaurant.  Located inside the Beast's enchanted castle, this one is an amazing experience that is great for princesses (and princes) of all ages!

Disney is also amazing when it comes to accommodating guests with special dietary needs.  Many restaurants even have a gluten friendly menu available.  Just let your server know when you arrive that you are looking for something gluten-free, and they will work with you to make sure that you have an amazing experience!  If you are interested in reading a little more about how to eat gluten-free in the Walt Disney World Resort, check out my answer to Melissa!

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
