Valerie, sometimes the system gets confused if you have more than one trip planned with extra tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account. However, I’m happy to help you set things right; after all, as you know, you need
Disney Park Pass reservations to enter the theme parks. I recommend you speak to a friendly Cast Member through your My Disney Experience Mobile account. By going through the app, the Cast Member will be able to look into your account and see your linked
tickets. They can even help you make your reservations, which are, of course, subject to availability.
Here’s how to speak to a Cast Member through your My Disney Experience Mobile app:
-Open up your
My Disney Experience Mobile app-Click on the three horizontal lines located on the bottom right of the screen
-Scroll down a bit until you see the “Chat With Us” icon and select it
Once you’re connected to a Cast Member, explain your situation to them, and they’ll be happy to assist you!
