    I see on the Disney App you can order quick service meals online. I don't see an option for ice water when ordering. Is this no longer available in quick service restaurants?

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Are you getting SO excited for your vacation? It's just a few weeks away, and I'm feeling excited for you!

    I am a HUGE fan of mobile ordering! With five kids, being able to order our meals ahead of time with the My Disney Experience app, simply click a button to let them know when we arrive, and then magically find our food ready soon thereafter is amazing! No one likes a rumbly tumbly, and I have found that mobile ordering not only saves a lot of time, but is a super convenient way to help our family enjoy a relaxing and delicious meal together.

    I'm happy to let you know that yes, you are still able to find complimentary ice water at Walt Disney World Resort restaurants. My family experienced this same thing you are asking about on our last vacation, and when we used the mobile ordering service, my husband politely asked for some ice water when our order was ready at the "Mobile Order Pick Up" counter. We didn't have any problem getting some, and the Cast Member was happy to help us.
